On request i made a skeleton of the id i made for myself. the instructions are as follows:

Top: Insert name or nickname
Fill in box of name, birth, blood, etc.
Three boxes*: fill in with face, avatar/gaia, and tool (links to how each one is found, aside from the tool, are found on my own id's page in my gallery, in the author comments)
circle: fill in a word and trait for each point and then do triangle shapes to show how much you feel you have for each.**

*you can add or remove boxes or fill in with other things. i just chose those three cuz they represent me
**be careful! sometimes it does too much if you're using paint to bucket the triangles! look at mine as an example and use caution!
